In 2018, after years in the real estate industry and a shared dream for a new chapter, Charl and Tarryn Els relocated their family to Cape Town. They settled in Sunningdale, a neighbourhood they quickly fell in love with — its community, its energy, and its lifestyle.
With over a decade of experience behind them, including owning Aida franchises in Gauteng and Knysna, they knew they wanted to bring something unique to the Blouberg property market. Something more personal. More hands-on. More client-focused.
And so, CT Lifestyle Estates was born — a boutique agency built on trust, integrity, and genuine relationships.
“CT” represents Charl & Tarryn, a reminder that every client works directly with the owners, not a corporate team.
